Inc meat injector allows you to quickly and easily inject your brine deep inside the meat while distributing flavor and moisture. Tips on use: Clean and lube before first use and after each use. To make injection seamless, add a bit of cooking oil to the O-rings so the parts can move with ease. Inject your meats from the sides while aiming at the muscles (rather than injecting straight). This helps reduce the amount of fluid loss. Also, inject your brine or marinade inside and around bones, if any as this will help add flavor and moisture. Don't forget to inject in different spots to ensure the yummy flavor is evenly distributed.
